I’ve found the sneakers I want but can’t select my size
Custom orders can be done in most sizes depending on availability. For Limited Edition the size posted is what we currently have in stock. Please contact us if you don't see your size and we will do our best to assist you.

Has my order been sent yet ?
Most limited edition will be sent out the same week they are ordered. For custom orders please allow several weeks depending on the waitlist.

Part of my order is missing
Please contact us right away if you are missing any part of your order or it is incorrect.

Which methods of payments can I use?
Tattshoos accepts all major credit cards and Zelle. Tattshoos can be purchased right here on www.tattshoos.com

Is it safe to order online?

Can you give me more information about the sneakers?

All Tattshoos feature the artwork of tattoo artist Chris Clemence. Custom orders are painted on canvas Tattshoos with water resistant acrylic paint and can be washed in the washing machine. Limited Edition pairs are printed designs on high quality leather.

Can I track my order ?
Yes, tracking is provided via USPS. Most domestic orders arrive in 2-3 days once the order has shipped. For custom pairs please allow several weeks or more depending on waiting list. An approximate arrival date will be provided upon purchase.

You’ve sent me the wrong items
Please contact us right away if you believe you were sent the wrong item and we will make sure you get the Tattshoos you ordered.

I forgot to use my discount code
Please contact us if you forgot to enter the code and if there is a current promotion running we will honor it for you.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?
Shipping within the United States is free. International orders are subject to a flat shipping rate from USPS. Most orders arrive within 2-3 business days.
