I’ve found the sneakers I want but can’t select my size
Custom orders can be done in most sizes depending on availability. For limited edition and other collections the size posted is what we currently have in stock. Please contact us if you don't see your size and we will do our best to assist you.

Has my order been sent yet ?
Most limited edition and regular collection orders will be sent out same business day. For custom orders please allow 2-3 weeks to be painted and then 2-3 days for delivery once shipped.

Part of my order is missing
Guess you'll have to learn to hop on one foot. But in all seriousness, please contact us right away if you are missing a shoe.

Which methods of payments can I use?
Tattshoos accepts all major credit cards and Zelle. Venmo and Cashapp are also accepted for a processing fee.

Is it safe to order online?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and safe.

Can you give me more information about the sneakers?
All Tattshoos feature to artwork of tattoo artist Chris Clemence and are done on canvas style slip on similar to Vans. Custom orders are painted with water resistant acrylic paint and can be washed in the washing machine.

Can I track my order ?
Yes, tracking is provided via USPS. Most domestic orders arrive in 2-3 days once the order has shipped.

You’ve sent me the wrong items
Please contact us right away if you believe you were sent the wrong item and we will make sure you get the Tattshoos you ordered.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?
Shipping within the United States is free. International orders are subject to a flat shipping rate from USPS. Most orders arrive within 2-3 business days.
